If you're unable to switch off your Sensate device by pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds, it may have frozen. In such cases, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Leave the device until the battery is fully discharged.

2. Recharge the device until the white USB charging light turns off.

3. After recharging, try restarting your Sensate device.

Following these steps should fix the problem and allow you to switch off your Sensate device successfully.
