At Sensate, we want you to love your device! But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to try and experience the results. If you need any help or more info on using your Sensate, you can easily schedule a call with us. And if you still decide to return it, just let us know, and we’ll happily assist you. (Though, just so you know, most of our customers absolutely love their Sensates and rarely return them! 🧡)
We’re happy to refund the cost of your device, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping, including the cost of the return label. If you used a discount when purchasing, we’ll base the refund on the full retail price minus the discount you received.
And don’t forget, we offer a 12-month warranty that covers any technical issues. If something goes wrong with your device, simply reach out, and we’ll help you out—including a replacement if needed.
As stated on our website, accessories are sold by third-party vendors and are not eligible for return or refund through Sensate. However, we can assist you in contacting the vendor directly to discuss any concerns. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding of our policy.
