Why does Sensate have a Proposition 65 Warning Label?Updated 9 months ago

We want to provide some clarity regarding our compliance and commitment to safety.

The Prop 65 label on our product is due to the presence of certain chemicals in the battery that are listed on the Prop 65 list. It's important to note that this labeling is a precautionary measure and does not imply any immediate safety concerns or hazards associated with our product.

To ensure ongoing safety, we obtain an annual Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) certification for the battery we use. This certification is conducted by a certified laboratory and provides detailed information on the testing and results. It meets the standards required by Prop 65 and is provided to our shipping locations and couriers upon request.

At Sensate, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. We are committed to exceeding industry standards and taking all necessary precautions to deliver a reliable and secure product.

If you have any further questions or concerns, our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We remain transparent and dedicated to ensuring the safety of our customers!
