For your first session, we recommend starting with the Sunrise soundscape at the lowest vibration setting. If you're accustomed to an earlier Sensate model with a harder backing, you may notice that the new design distributes vibrations over a larger area. The infrasound range has been refined to align with this design, so the sensation may feel different. If this is the case, try adjusting the intensity level until you find the most comfortable setting.

  • Wear Sensate under clothing: For best results, place the device directly on the skin or inside the neoprene pouch.

  • Use headphones: Sensate is most effective when paired with high-quality headphones to fully experience the layered soundscapes.
