We want to make sure you have a smooth experience with your Sensate Plus subscription, so here’s everything you need to know about managing it.
Why Do You Need to Enter a Payment Method?
When you activate your Sensate Plus subscription, you’re asked to enter a payment method because the subscription has an automatic renewal system. This ensures that your access to exclusive content continues without interruption. But don’t worry, if you don’t want to continue with the renewal, you can easily cancel it!
How to Avoid Automatic Renewal
If you’d like to stop the automatic renewal but still want to enjoy the Plus content until your subscription expires, you can simply cancel the renewal after activating your membership. You'll still have access to all the premium content until your subscription period ends.

Canceling Your Subscription
If you decide to cancel your subscription, don’t worry, you won’t lose access immediately. You will still be able to enjoy all the premium content until the current subscription period ends. Here’s how you can cancel:
- On the App Store (iOS): Go to "Subscriptions" in your profile and find Sensate Plus to cancel.
- On Google Play (Android): Navigate to "Subscriptions" in the menu and find Sensate Plus to cancel.
Important Notes
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play, so if you don’t want to continue after the current period, make sure to cancel before it renews.
- No Discounts: Since pricing is controlled by the App Store or Google Play, we’re unable to offer discounts directly through Sensate.
