My Sensate is not chargingUpdated a year ago

If your Sensate device is not charging, here are a few things you can try:

1. Make sure the charging lead is securely plugged into both the Sensate pebble and the power source. Double-check for any loose connections or damage to the cable.

2. If you can, try using a different power plug or USB port to charge your Sensate. Sometimes, the issue may be with the power source rather than the device itself.

3. Leave your Sensate connected to the power source overnight. Sometimes, it just needs a longer charging period to replenish the battery.
