Activating your Plus Subscription

If you purchased a ‘Sensate Plus pack’ at getsensate.com or at Amazon, these are the steps you need to follow to make sure Plus is activated in your app. 

iPhone

If you bought your device in our website you should have received your unique code via SMS or email. If you haven’t simply right into [email protected] and we’ll be happy to provide you with one. Likewise, if you bought your device on Amazon, please send us an email and we’ll share the code with you.

If you’re using an Android phone, whether you bought your device at our website or on Amazon, you simply need to open the following link (on your phone with the Sensate app already downloaded, not on desktop).
