You may notice that the box is now smaller, that’s because we’ve optimized our packaging for sustainability. The new design is almost fully recyclable, aligning with our commitment to reducing waste while delivering the same high-quality product.

Where’s the USB Charging Cord?

Your Sensate comes with a USB charging cord, which is tucked inside the box around the other side of the device. Since the new packaging is more compact, the cord is securely placed to keep everything organized.

Please double-check inside the box and around the device to locate it. You may need to remove part of the packaging (as shown in the image below) to access it.
