At Sensate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we now offer a return policy within 60 days. If you find that your Sensate is undamaged and you'd like to return it, we're here to help. Please keep in mind that we rarely see Sensates coming back because our customers love them!

For purchases made through Amazon, do remember that the return time is 30 days, in accordance with Amazon's platform policy.

While we do offer refunds for the device cost, it's important to mention that we are unable to refund the shipping costs from your original purchase. Additionally, any expenses associated with the return label will be your responsibility.

If you bought your Sensate with a discount or promotion, the refund amount will be the full retail price minus the total discount applied.

We also provide a 12-month warranty to cover any technical faults that may occur. If you experience any issues during this period, simply reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist you. If your Sensate is indeed faulty, we'll exchange it for a fresh one.
