At Sensate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we now offer a return policy within 90 days. If you feel you need more information about how to use your Sensate, you can schedule a call with us. If you find that you still want to return it, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help. It's worth mentioning, though, that our customers rarely return Sensates because they love them!

While we do offer refunds for the device cost, please note that shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable. Additionally, any expenses associated with the return label will be your responsibility.

If you purchased your Sensate with a discount or promotion, the refund amount will be based on the full retail price minus the total discount applied.

We also provide a 12-month warranty to cover any technical faults that may occur. If you experience any issues during this period, simply reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist you. If your Sensate is indeed faulty, we'll exchange it for a new one.
