We have a no-quibble 40 day return period from when you receive your Sensate and you can return Sensate for any reason within those 40 days, so long as you have not damaged it. (But few people return them!)
Please note that if you bought your device or multiple devices with a discount or promotion, if you decide to request a return, we will refund you the full retail price minus the total discount of your purchase.
There is also a 12 month warranty for technical faults, so if there is anything wrong with your Sensate, please email us in order to troubleshoot your issue and if your Sensate is faulty we will exchange it for a fresh one.
