Where does Sensate ship to?

We most commonly accept orders from the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. But we've shipped orders all over the world, so if you're in doubt, please reach out to us!

What comes with my Sensate order?

Sensate device, lanyard, carry pouch, and charge cable. The Sensate app is free to download and use. (App Store or Google Play)

How long will it take for my device to arrive after I place an order?

We are currently experiencing high levels of demand and will ship your Sensate as soon as possible. Regional and international shipping may vary depending on the carrier, but you will be provided with tracking details in order to monitor the process

Why does Sensate have a Proposition 65 Warning Label?

This is a legal requirement by the State of California. Although we are currently exempt from this requirement, we have chosen to comply in any case, and show our support for consumer choice.

What is your return policy?

We have a no-quibble 40 day return period from when you receive your Sensate and you can return Sensate for any reason within those 40 days, so long as you have not damaged it. (But few people return them!). Please note that if you bought your device

Do you have a payment plan option to pay for Sensate?

We currently support payment plan in the UK. But we're always how to expand these options to other countries, so please check with us.
