I can't connect my SensateUpdated a year ago

To ensure a seamless connection between your Sensate device and your phone, follow these simple steps:

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Sensate should connect automatically if Bluetooth is enabled.

2. It's important to note that you don't need to pair Sensate with your device or enter any code. The connection process is automatic.

3. Keep Sensate and your phone close together, ideally within a meter of each other. When successfully connected, you'll see a solid blue light on Sensate, and the app will display "Connected".

4. If the light on Sensate is not blue, it may indicate that the battery needs to be recharged. Plug in your Sensate device for charging.

5. If Sensate is still not connecting, try turning it off and on again, and then quit and reopen the app.

6. In case Sensate becomes disconnected due to being too far from your phone, simply bring them back within range. On the app's home screen, tap the "Disconnected from Sensate" button to reconnect.

On an iPhone, you can quit an app by double-clicking the Home button and swiping the Sensate screen upwards. On an Android device, tap the bottom left button and swipe up to quit the app.
