My Sensate is nos connecting on iOSUpdated a year ago

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Make sure your Sensate pebble is switched off. Open the Sensate app on your iPhone.

2. If you see a message saying "Bluetooth is switched off," go to iPhone Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth > Sensate and Settings > Bluetooth, and ensure that both are active.

3. Also, ensure that the Bluetooth connection is enabled in your control panel.

4. Return to the Sensate app, and you should see a message saying "Searching for Sensate."

5. Lightly press the power button on your Sensate pebble to switch it on. If the light is green or amber, please charge your Sensate for a couple of hours. Avoid repeatedly pressing the power button.

6. When the light on your Sensate pebble turns blue, you should see a message on the Sensate app saying "Sensate starting" (please wait).

7. After a few seconds, your Sensate should be connected.

Follow these steps, and you should be able to connect your Sensate successfully.
