My Sensate is not connecting on AndroidUpdated a year ago
If your Sensate is not connecting on Android, consider the following:
1. The Sensate device doesn't support pairing, so avoid trying to "pair" it in the phone or tablet settings. Instead, forget the device in settings, then restart your device.
2. Sensate supports only one Bluetooth connection at a time. Ensure no other app or device is connected to it, even in the background.
3. Some Android devices require permission to use Bluetooth and location services for Sensate to communicate with the app. If accidentally declined, delete and re-download the app from the Google Play Store to fix this.
Tip: Turn your Sensate device first and the open the app.
